Have a question about our services? Hi-Quality Glass has the answer. Check out these FAQs and get in touch with us today for more information!

  • Do you install new windows?

We do not install new residential windows; we replace the glass in your current frame once it is broken or moisture forms and fogs up the clarity in the window. However, we do install new commercial windows, doors, and glass.

  • Do you do auto glass?

We no longer provide auto glass service unless it's for agricultural/heavy equipment.

  • Can you make new screens?

We can make new screens. Sometimes with certain brands, there may be parts that we can't install due to the process in which they are made.

  • Do you make house calls, and how much are estimates?

We can absolutely make house calls; however, arranging them may occasionally take more time depending on your schedule and location. Estimates are always free!

  • How do I go about getting a new shower door?

The best time to contact us is before you decide on a new shower door or start remodeling your bathroom. Whether you're planning the project yourself or working with a contractor, we recommend visiting our showroom or having your contractor reach out to us first. If you're not sure exactly what you're looking for, we have a wide variety of samples on display to help you choose!
